Proposed Development: Construct and operate a medical centre consisting of: four consulting rooms, procedure room, nurses room and pathology.
Maximum height: 2 storeys; 7.3m
Carparking: 14 Car parking Space, 1 Motorbike Space, 2 Bicycle Spaces
Hours of Operation: 8am – 6pm Monday to Sunday
Job creation: 4 doctors, 1 nurse, 1 pathology collector and 2 receptionists.
