Katrina is the Director of InStep Planning and believes that good planning arises through a balanced approach to environmental, social and economic outcomes. Katrina is passionate about creating a balance between the social, environment and urban form to promote health and equity in society. As a Registered Planner with the Planning Institute of Australia, Katrina has the diverse skills and qualities of a planner are highly valued and demonstrates core competencies and commitment to professional growth, development and ethical practice.
With over 10 years of professional experience, Katrina brings deep technical knowledge, a strong network, and practical solutions to every project.

Giving Back to Community

InStep Planning has a strong focus on reducing inequalities experienced by disadvantaged communities and vulnerable social groups. We support the initiatives of local non-for-profit organisations and Engineers Without Borders Australia to provide human-centred design to provide engineering solutions in remote Indigenous communities.
