3. Development Application Preparation & Lodgement
We coordinate the entire DA process — managing subconsultants, preparing a clear and comprehensive Statement of Environmental Effects, and lodging your application through the NSW Planning Portal. Our goal is to make the process streamlined and stress-free, guiding you every step of the way.
4. Application Assessment
Once lodged, your application is assessed by Council’s Planning Department. We stay actively involved — responding to any requests for further information, clarifying details, and ensuring your application continues moving forward.
5. Approval
When your application is approved, we celebrate that milestone with you. You’re now ready to begin the Construction Certificate process and take the next step toward bringing your project to life. We remain available to support you through the transition from approval to construction.
